Cleansing, Moisturizing and Detoxifying
Return Policy | If not completely satisfied with the performance of any Soypure  Skin Cleansing, Skin Moisturizing, or Internal Detokifying product, you may return all slightly used products within 30 days of shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price.*
Aromatherapy
Return Policy | If not completely satisfied with the scent or packaging of any Soypure Aromatherapy product, you may return all unused products within 30 days of shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price.*
 
DAMAGED ITEMS
Products damaged during shipping will be repaired or replaced at no charge. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-237-4918 to request further instructions. To assure prompt resolution, please save the box, packaging materials and all damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
 
90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Soypure products are backed by a 90-Day Warranty. Any product being claimed as originally damaged or defective is subject to the manufacturer’s repair/replacement policy. Warranty is automatically activated when you purchase your Soypure product. Warranty includes replacement or repair of product. Warranty is voided if the product is used in a manner other than directed or modified in any way. Product warranties subject to change.
