Why does my skin peel when using the Skin Care Cleansing Bars?
|
| You may have a heavy build up of dry, dead skin cells that requires several uses of the Soypure Cleansing Bars to exfoliate, during which time shedding will occur. Begin by making sure to use all three bars every time (in the order of Detoxifying, Exfoliating and Moisturizing). | Why can’t I heat your product with a simple electric warmer or any other conventional warming technique |
| With our patented revolutionary technology of Thermatic Warming, we have invented a successful means for precisely and instantly controlling and maintaining temperature. Standard electronic warmers do not maintain steady and easily adjustable temperatures; they will either overheat and cause scalding or have a temperature deficiency where the liquified wax will not be hot enough to properly penetrate the skin. |

| What is the ideal temperature for me to use the wax and how do I maintain that temperature? |
| The ideal temperature is 185 degrees (temperature is indicated by illumination in green color). In certain room conditions, the Age Reversing Soy Oil may reach the 200 degree mark, at which point it may be uncomfortably warm. The Thermatic Warmer should then be raised, and the temperature will drop back to the 185 degree mark in 1-2 minutes. If temperature drops lower than 185 degrees, adjust the Thermatic Warmer downward between previous and current position |

| What if the Revitalizer takes too long to melt? |
| First, check to see that your Thermatic Warmer is down as far as it can go. Next check the Revitalizer Disc for dents or bulges. Dented Discs will impede the warming process. Discard and replace with a new disc. The room temperature may also be too cool. For optimal efficiency, always use Revitalizer in the warmest, most enclosed area of your home, away from drafts and the flow of air from air conditioning. |

| What if the Age Reversing Soy Oil doesn’t penetrate my skin when I apply it? |
| There are three possible reasons:
A) The Age Reversing Soy Oil hasn’t warmed sufficiently. Allow to warm for another few minutes. The Maximum Benefit Revitalizer reaches peak temperature of 180-200 degrees in 15 minutes. The Basic Revitalizer reaches peak temperature of 160-175 degrees in 45 minutes.
B) Your skin is too cool, and is cooling off the Age Reversing Soy Oil. For best results, especially during cold seasons, apply immediately after a shower when your skin is warm.
C) The Age Reversing Soy Oil has been overheated by either using a different heat source than the one supplied in the kit, or it has been left in the “down” position of the Revitalizer for an extended period of time. Overheating changes the molecular structure of the Age Reversing Soy Oil, and it can longer become whisper light and penetrable. Discard the disc and begin with a new one, heating it only with the Revitalizer and Revitalizer Light. The Revitalizer is designed to work only with our specially formulated candle. |
